A new survey from the University of North Florida Public Opinion Research Lab (PORL) indicates voters still aren’t sufficiently sold on Amendment 3, the property tax question on the ballot. It is 10 points short of passage with 13 days left to sell it. And few voters are left who haven’t made up their minds.
