Kevin Daniel Adkisson, a teacher at Wadsworth Elementary, was arrested Thursday on two counts of child abuse following allegations that he mistreated a 6-year-old student during class. A colleague witnessed the incidents, prompting administrators to contact law enforcement immediately. It is the second time in a week that a Flagler County school teacher faced similar charges.
