The Palm Coast Planning Board Tuesday evening recommended on a 6-1 vote approval of a reconfigured plan for a 544-unit housing development called Magnolia Terrace on over 1,000 acres at the south end of Belle Terre Boulevard, near U.S. 1. The proposal, technically a rezoning, reduces by 200 housing units the number of entitlements previously approved for the land.
