Flagler County Engineering, along with its engineering consultant, will hold two meetings on November 9 (Monday) regarding the project design and alternatives for dune reconstruction and beach renourishment for the segment of beach north of Varn Park and south of Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, what is referred to as “Reach 3.”
