State Rep. Berny Jacques, a member of the Florida Legislature that voted to put Amendment 3 on the ballot, urged Tiger Bay Club of Central Florida luncheon attendees to vote in favor of it. On the other side, Seminole County Commissioner Bob Dallari warned his county would face a $119 million funding shortfall that will lead to cuts in parks, libraries and even law enforcement.
