A driver accidentally backed a car across South Central Avenue Friday and smashed into the building housing City Commissioner and attorney Scott Spradley’s law firm. The collision cracked walls and prompted city officials to condemn the structure. There were no injuries. Spradley had coincidentally just signed a lease for new office space a block away.
