Daytona Beach dismisses lawsuit against Ormond over Avalon Park Daytona water rights

Daytona filed a notice of voluntary dismissal on Aug. 24, a little over two weeks after Avalon Park Daytona Beach dismissed its portion of the state lawsuit.
