Avalon Park Daytona dismisses circuit court lawsuit against Ormond Beach, federal suit is ongoing

In a news release, the development group said the dismissal follows ‘several weeks of productive collaboration between the parties.’ But, a cross-claim by Daytona will head to trial in September.
