More than 30 organizations will gather under one roof at Cattleman’s Hall to connect Flagler County residents with free resources — from healthcare and housing help to legal services and food assistance.
What the event offers
The goal of the event is to remove the barriers that keep people from getting help — including not knowing what services exist or where to find them. Residents can walk in and speak directly with representatives from dozens of agencies covering health, housing, food, education, legal aid, mental health, substance use support, emergency services, and more. Two organizations will also provide immediate, hands-on assistance on the day of the event: Grace Food Pantry will distribute free food, and Flagler Technical College will offer free haircuts.
“Sometimes the only reason people don’t get help is that they aren’t exactly sure what they need or where to find assistance. We’re here so no one slips through the cracks.”
— Joseph Hegedus, Director, Flagler County Health and Human Services
