To put people who fit that category into the same category as a man who is clearly having a series of mental issues and clearly needs mental help is nothing short of the most ignorant statements a person could possibly make.
One man is an American citizen who is mentally unstable while the others With whom you seem to be far more concerned with are defacto criminals who are in this country illegally and have literally thumped their nose at money, transportation and a legitimate path to legal re-entry.
