Volunteers were recognized at ‘Evening of Gratitude’ on Nov. 15.

The bill would change some stipulations of what can qualify as ‘critically eroded’ beaches. The commissioners will vote on the resolution supporting it at their Dec. 15 meeting.

Restoring beach driving in the section from East International Speedway Boulevard to Seabreeze Boulevard would require a legislative bill. Local elected officials voiced wanting to put issue to rest.
