A day after a jury convicted Leigha Mumby of vehicular homicide in the death of her boyfriend Daniel Waterman, Waterman’s mother Heather re-filed a petition for visitations with her grandchild, a girl, whom Mumby had learned she was carrying the morning of the fatal crash. Waterman has never met the child. She is also seeking to end Mumby’s parental rights.
