The Volusia-Flagler YMCA is asking the Flagler County School Board for $3 million toward a reconfigured $14 million facility in Palm Coast’s Town Center, slated for completion in 2029. The 35-year lease gives high school swim teams priority at the new Olympic-size pool, but the School Board would make the money conditional on construction deadlines.
