Bunnell City Manager Alvin Jackson has resigned, ending an eight-year tenure that in the past several months unraveled as he was criticized by commissioners and members of the public for a lack of transparency, of machinating secret deals, and of improper, possibly illegal conduct. Bunnell Police Chief Dave Brannon is set to be named interim manager at a special meeting Monday.
