Alvin Jackson resigned this week as Bunnell city manager after a tenure of controversy, secrecy and charlatanry. Jackson now demands tens of thousands of dollars in unearned severance, paid holidays, and health benefits despite submitting a voluntary resignation. City commissioners must reject the demands at their special meeting Monday rather than once again rubber-stamping an outrage.
