Palm Coast Water, Sewer, Garbage and Stormwater Rates Increase Oct. 1

Palm Coast customers will see their rates for water, wastewater, stormwater, and garbage pick-up services increase on Oct. 1. The increases are “part of the City’s established rate structure and are not new or unplanned,” a city release states.
