The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office has made three arrests during a fugitive warrant service after deputies located the wanted man and determined two women had tried to conceal his whereabouts.
On Sept. 17, the FCSO Problem Area Crime Enforcement Unit, Fugitive Apprehension Unit, and patrol deputies responded to a residence on Ballenger Lane in Palm Coast for a fugitive warrant service. Through investigative means, deputies had determined Jeremiah Myke, 20, of Palm Coast, who had a felony arrest warrant for criminal mischief over $1,000, was possibly at the residence.
Deputies encountered two women, identified as Julianna Colon, 18, and Crystelle Colon, 23, and inquired about Myke’s location. Both women insisted that Myke was not at the residence, telling deputies he had left the day prior, and they did not know where he went. During the conversation, deputies noticed that both women appeared nervous, leading deputies to believe they were being deceptive.
After the women denied consent to search the residence, deputies left but continued to conduct surveillance. Shortly after, deputies observed Myke and Julianna exit the residence and leave in a vehicle. Deputies then conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and took both into custody. Deputies then returned to the residence and spoke to Crystelle Colon again, but this time she stated that Myke had been at the residence during their earlier conversation.
Deputies arrested Myke for his warrant. Deputies also arrested Julianna Colon and Crystelle Colon for obstruction without violence, as they both knowingly and willingly lied to law enforcement about harboring fugitive Myke inside the residence.

“It’s never a good idea to lie to law enforcement, because guess what? Our deputies are really good at telling if you’re lying to them, just like everyone in this situation learned,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “This guy thought he could hide out and deputies would just go away, and these women thought they could lie and sneak him out of the house. All their deception did was land all three in the Green Roof Inn when deputies were only looking for one.”
All three were transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility. Myke is being held on a $5,000 bond. Both women were released on $500 bonds.
