Ormond resident to ride in 25th 9/11 Memorial Bike ride in memory of fallen Daytona officer

For the past nine years, Richard Massfeller has honored the memory of Sam Edward Etheredge, Jr. in the New York ride. Etheredge was killed in the line of duty in 1980.
