Flagler Tiger Bay announced its fall speaker lineup and elected new board members during its annual meeting, also awarding Bill Verhagen the Alice E. Stewart Civility Award for fostering respectful dialogue. The nonpartisan group plans to expand its successful student scholarship program next year beyond $20,000.
