Division of Administrative Hearings Judge Andrew Manko found that a derisive remark comments about Charlie Kirk after his assassination, posted on Facebook by Mariah Roller, an educator at Three Oaks Middle School in Fort Myers, caused “minimal” disruption to the Lee County School Board, and that she should be reinstated and paid back wages.
