The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) has obtained arrest warrants for three suspects — Lucas Rebolledo, 19; Dwayne Ryan, 18; and Angel Jaramillo-Hernandez, 18, all of Live Oak — in connection with a string of vehicle burglaries in Bunnell during the overnight hours of Aug. 28–29, 2025.
On Friday, Aug. 29, 2025, deputies responded to multiple reports of vehicle burglaries in western Flagler County. Deputies determined the suspects entered multiple unlocked vehicles from various homes in rural western Flagler County, stealing multiple wallets, purses, a cellphone, and five firearms.
Through investigative means, FCSO’s Real Time Crime Center identified a white Toyota Camry as a suspect vehicle in the area at the time of the burglaries. Analysts with the Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) tracked the vehicle to a RaceTrac gas station in St. Johns County, where three suspects were observed entering the store shortly before 7 a.m. on Aug. 29.
Detectives determined Jaramillo-Hernandez borrowed the vehicle during the evening of Aug. 28 and then returned it the following morning. They also determined these same suspects were connected to vehicle burglaries that occurred in Pierce County, Georgia.
Rebolledo is currently being held in Georgia at the Pierce County Detention Center on an FCSO fugitive warrant as well as unrelated charges in Georgia. While speaking with FCSO detectives, Rebolledo admitted to his involvement in the burglaries in Flagler County with the purpose of obtaining firearms. He also stated that the firearms had been sold.
Ryan was arrested in Suwannee County on Sept. 10 for fugitive warrants from Pierce County, Georgia. He is also being held at the Pierce County Detention Center on their local charges and on FCSO’s Fugitive warrant. Jaramillo-Hernandez was arrested in Suwannee County on Sept. 12 on FCSO’s fugitive warrant and was released after posting a $60,000 bond.
“I commend our General Assignment Unit, Community Policing Division, and Real Time Crime Center for their thoroughness and teamwork throughout this investigation, which allowed us to solve these cases quickly and hold these traveling dirtbags accountable for their crimes,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “These dirtbags found out the hard way they shouldn’t have driven for hours and come to Flagler County to commit crimes and think they can get away as our motivated team and Real Time Crime Center technology is the best. Special thank you to the Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office, the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office Real Time Crime Center and the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia for their assistance. Now let’s put them in prison where they belong.”
All suspects face multiple felony charges, including burglary of a dwelling while armed with a firearm and traveling to commit burglary outside a county of residence, five counts of grand theft of a firearm, five counts of armed burglary, and burglary of an unoccupied conveyance.

“Many of these burglaries involved unlocked vehicles with valuables left inside center consoles. These are crimes of opportunity, and criminals will take advantage even in rural areas. Please remember to lock your car doors and remove firearms, purses, and other valuables to help keep yourself and our community safe,” Sheriff Staly added.
