Flagler Palm Coast freshman Douglas Seth, senior Arianna Slaughter each place second at Spikes and Spurs cross country meet

Seth said he was trying to figure out how to pace himself in a 5K race at his first high school meet. He bolted from seventh after the first split to second place.
