These kids are stealing for money for drugs?? I think if the reason for all this thievery is determined, perhaps they can be helped to get off drugs or if they just want some money perhaps they can work for the city cleaning public buildings or outdoors??? Dog walking at the local animal shelters??
Yet, I think a mayor in NJ once tried and was forced to stop with the court calling it involuntary servitude.
I hate to see young people arrested…. it ruins the rest of their lives.
