Gavin Amante Opare, a 21-year-old Palm Coast’s R Section, is at the Flagler County jail on $100,000 bond on an accusation that he got a middle school girl drunk and raped her. The girl, who is 14 and has a familial relationship with Opare, disclosed the alleged incident to a friend a few days ago. The friend reported the incident to a school resource officer at her school.
