To the hoots and cheers of the county’s agricultural community, residents and others, scores of whom filled the chamber at City Hall, the Bunnell City Commission late this afternoon voted 5-0 to kill a proposed 610-acre landfill the city’s planning board had possibly illegally approved on Sept. 1. The landfill decision may not be the end of it as the landowners and applicant of the proposed landfill off State Road 100 west of the city may sue.
