Bunnell City Commissioner John Rogers surprised his colleagues when he made a motion at Monday evening’s meeting to return a $10 million subsidy to the Florida Department of Commerce, ending any prospect that would have resulted in a fuel farm in the city–the same proposed fuel farm Palm Coast and Ormond Beach had rejected.
