The Palm Coast Fire Department will host the annual Hall of Terror on October 30 and October 31 at Fire Station 21, a free event that drew 6,000 pepople last year. The theme this year is Universal Monsters. Longtime director Dan Driscoll is stepping down after this season. Organizers currently need volunteers for various production roles.
