New Bunnell Shipping and Printing Shop Gets a Big Turnout at its Grand Opening

Pelican Shipping Solutions had a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 22 that welcomed more than 100 people throughout the day.

Owners Jeri and Bryan McKinney welcomed local residents, business owners, friends, family and community leaders to the event, which included refreshments, music, free chair massages and ice cream from Dippy’s Ice Cream. Scott Perosa of Estes Express sponsored the ice cream and the McKinneys expressed their appreciation to Perosa.

Pelican Shipping Solutions is a locally owned business serving individuals and businesses throughout Flagler County with shipping, printing and business needs. The company offers shipping via all major carriers, shipping supplies and packaging materials.

“Our goal is to be a one-stop stop for the community,” said co-owner Jeri McKinney. “If they need to ship a package, print business materials, rent a mailbox or need to notarize a document, we want to make it easy and convenient for them.”

Other services offered at Pelican Shipping Solutions are private mailbox rental, in house banner, flyer, poster and marketing printing, custom gift wrap printing, copy and fax, notary and secure document shredding. Pelican Shipping Solutions also offers custom printing for the local area, including small businesses, schools, clubs and individuals who need professional printing close to home.

The McKinneys expressed their appreciation to all those who attended the grand opening. “We are so grateful for the warm welcome from the community,” said Bryan McKinney. “We didn’t expect this many people and we are so looking forward to serving the people of Bunnell and the surrounding area for many years to come.”
