The award was earned by Public Affairs Specialist Julie Murphy, who captured a photo spread covering the March 2025 Warbirds Over Flagler air show held at Flagler Executive Airport. Murphy’s work was published in the county’s official publication, Coast to Country. “Congratulations on the well-deserved recognition,” said Interim County Administrator Adam Mengel. “Your work elevates the voice of Flagler County, and it’s great to see it celebrated.” NACIO also offered its own acknowledgment of the achievement, noting in its award communication that the annual program exists to “highlight the innovative work of the talented and dedicated county communications professionals.” Flagler County Government can be followed on Facebook at facebook.com/FlaglerCountyGovernment.
