Palm Coast Man Arrested for Exposing Himself to a Minor Working at Chick-fil-A Drive-Thru

Surveillance footage and a series of interviews led detectives to Luke Dudkewic, 33, who investigators say intentionally exposed himself while going through the drive-thru window where a minor was working.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Palm Coast man on April 30, 2026, on a charge of lewd or lascivious exhibition after he was accused of exposing his genitals to a minor employee at the Chick-fil-A on State Road 100 in Palm Coast. The incident was reported on April 24, and investigators spent several days conducting interviews and gathering evidence before obtaining an arrest warrant.

What the victim reported

Deputies spoke with the victim, a minor who was working at the restaurant’s drive-thru window, on April 24. She told deputies that while handing a customer his food, she saw his exposed genitals along with what she described as a blueish-green circular object she believed to be a sex toy. She described the customer as an older white male with a long beard who had given the name “Luke.” Deputies reviewed surveillance footage from the restaurant and identified the vehicle involved, which was registered to Luke Dudkewic, 33, of Palm Coast.

Interviews with the suspect

Deputies and Major Case Unit detectives conducted multiple interviews with Dudkewic. During the first conversation at his residence, he confirmed he had visited the Chick-fil-A drive-thru that day and confirmed he owned a blueish-green vibrating sex toy that was in his car. He denied wearing it at the time and denied exposing himself.

In a second interview, Dudkewic changed his account and told deputies he had been wearing the device while going through the drive-thru. In a later interview with detectives, he offered a different explanation, saying he had been testing a feature on the device that adjusts vibration speed based on how fast a vehicle is moving, and that he had put it on after leaving work. Throughout all of the interviews, Dudkewic maintained that he did not intentionally expose himself, saying he did not think his genitals or the device would be visible beneath his shorts, but acknowledged they may have accidentally been seen.

Arrest and conditions of release

At the conclusion of their investigation, detectives determined Dudkewic had intentionally exposed himself by wearing the device while going through a drive-thru window where his actions could be seen. On April 30, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for lewd or lascivious exhibition by an offender 18 years of age or older in the presence of a victim under the age of 16. The FCSO Fugitive Unit and Problem Area Crime Enforcement Unit located and arrested Dudkewic at his home. He was booked into the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility and later released on a $10,000 bond. As conditions of his release, Dudkewic is prohibited from having contact with minors and from using drive-thru facilities.

“This pervert knew what he was doing and purposely went through a drive-thru exposing himself for his own perverted gratification. It’s unfortunate that a young employee just doing her job to make some money had to be exposed to such a pervert. Our deputies and Major Case detectives did a great job quickly investigating and getting this pervert arrested.”
