Flagler inmate dies of apparent alcohol poisoning in Flagler County jail cell

Vadim Valenteychik, 54, was found unresponsive in a single-person cell at the jail. He had a BAC of .340 and had been medically cleared by a local hospital before he was booked at the jail.
