Urogynecologist Brings Advanced Women’s Health Care to Palm Coast

Women in Flagler County have expanded access to specialized pelvic health and reconstructive care with the arrival of Dr. Earle M. Pescatore, Jr. at AdventHealth Medical Group.

Pescatore, a board-certified urogynecologist with over 20 years of experience, specializes in treating pelvic floor disorders, conditions he describes as common but often underdiagnosed.

“For many women, finding the right care for urogynecology and reconstructive surgery can mean the difference between living with discomfort and returning to the activities that matter most to them,” said Pescatore. “My goal is to make that level of care accessible, right here in Palm Coast.”

Pescatore earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of California/David Grant Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in Osteopathic Health Policy at Ohio University.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Pescatore served as a Battalion Surgeon with the 12th Marines during the first Gulf War and later practiced as an OB/GYN at Naval Hospital Guam. His clinical focus includes pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, robotic surgery, and other minimally invasive procedures.

Before joining AdventHealth, Pescatore served as Division Chief of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Southern Illinois University College of Medicine, where he trained residents and contributed to advances in minimally invasive pelvic surgery.

“Dr. Pescatore’s expertise strengthens our ability to care for women,” said Denyse Bales-Chubb, president and CEO of AdventHealth Flagler and St. Johns counties. “Having specialists of his caliber here in Palm Coast means our community’s women can receive world-class, compassionate care without needing to travel far from home.”

Pescatore is now accepting patients at AdventHealth Medical Group Urogynecology, located at 61 Memorial Medical Parkway, Suite 3807, Palm Coast. His office can be reached at 386-231-5386.

AdventHealth Medical Group includes more than 450 physicians and advanced practice providers representing 30 specialties across Flagler, Lake, and Volusia counties.
