Ormond mom fights for special needs employment 'pilot program', officials say it was a misunderstanding

Resident Anni Suadi said her son Lance, who has Down syndrome, had worked at Nova Rec under a pilot program until he was terminated suddenly. But, city says the program never existed. Lance was part of a temporary training program.
